The hotel was very spacious and well-laid out, but not what we expected. It had visible molds on the ceiling with a strong related odor. The room we received had a handicap/roll-in shower, even though we requested a normal shower. The service was friendly and helpful despite some downsides, and the location was close to amazing restaurants and the zoo. The dining experience was mixed, with limited breakfast options. Overall, decent value for money with some room for improvement.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although spacious and pleasant, had some issues like popcorn ceilings and a slightly noisy air conditioning unit. On the upside, the continental breakfast was a nice touch.
